About the Role

Veracode is hiring a Senior Website Manager to own the complete strategy, governance, performance, and ongoing evolution of Veracode.com. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and collaborating with the Creative Director, you'll lead the website roadmap and translate ambitious business priorities into high-performing digital experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic Webflow expert to drive meaningful growth through improved governance, increased traffic, enhanced engagement, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Veracode.com, aligning digital experiences with business objectives
• Establish and maintain website governance frameworks to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
• Monitor and optimize website performance metrics including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates
• Partner with the Creative Director and VP of Product Marketing to translate business priorities into actionable digital initiatives
• Lead the ongoing evolution and enhancement of the website to support growth and market competitiveness
• Manage the website architecture, user experience, and technical implementation to support scalability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Website Manager or similar leadership role managing enterprise-level websites
• Deep expertise in Webflow or equivalent modern web platforms for building high-performing sites
• Strong understanding of website governance, performance optimization, and conversion rate optimization
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into digital experiences and measurable results
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
