About the Role

RevenueWell is hiring an SEO Content Writer to create exceptional, conversion-focused content for their growing roster of dental and medical clients based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you'll collaborate with SEO Analysts and Website Onboarding teams to develop content strategies that drive calls and online appointment bookings. You'll craft SEO-optimized copy that translates complex medical and dental concepts into clear, compelling messaging—all while embracing AI as a tool to enhance your efficiency and output quality.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize website content including homepages, procedural pages, doctor bios, Google Business Profile content, and patient review introductions
• Execute SEO content strategies developed by SEO Analysts, bringing creative briefs to life with accurate, keyword-integrated, and conversion-focused copy
• Conduct competitive research and analysis to ensure content is differentiated, accurate, and meets SEO best practices
• Proofread and self-edit all work with meticulous attention to detail before submission to clients
• Support broader services projects including reviewing social media content, paid media landing pages, video scripts, and infographic copy
• Track projects and workflows in JIRA and HubSpot, managing multiple assignments while meeting turnaround timelines (1 week for urgent requests, 2-3 weeks for standard)
• Collaborate directly with clients on complex projects to understand their goals, brand voice, target audience, and practice specialties
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and stakeholders to flag timeline risks and ensure project success

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of SEO best practices and proven experience integrating them into copywriting for campaigns
• Demonstrated experience creating SEO and/or digital marketing content that drives traffic and conversions
• Strong storytelling ability for homepage copy, provider bios, and patient-facing content
• Exceptional proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail; online portfolio or writing samples required
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt as priorities shift
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA and HubSpot preferred)
• AI-forward mindset with ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency while maintaining quality as the top priority

Nice to Have

• Previous experience writing for a dental or medical marketing agency
• Certified Medical Content Writer (CMCW) certification
• Knowledge of the dental industry and healthcare marketing
• College-level degree in English, Communications, or a related field
