You'll work closely with marketing and development teams to implement technical SEO, content optimization, and local search tactics that deliver real results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to drive qualified inquiries and client enrollment
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance website performance and crawlability
• Optimize website content and metadata for target keywords and user intent
• Manage and optimize local SEO initiatives to improve visibility across Virginia markets
• Implement AI-driven SEO tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with demonstrated success in driving organic traffic and conversions
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local search strategies
• Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Experience developing and executing measurable SEO strategies that align with business goals
