About the Role

As Senior Website Manager, you'll lead Tithe.ly's website design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to create compelling digital experiences that drive customer acquisition and growth. This remote position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—you'll own the full lifecycle of website optimization, from designing high-performing pages in Webflow to running data-driven experiments that improve conversions. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who combines exceptional design sensibility with analytical rigor and loves solving complex problems at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of Tithe.ly's conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, developing and prioritizing experiment roadmaps based on analytics, customer research, heatmaps, and session recordings
  • Design, build, and analyze A/B tests using VWO and other experimentation platforms, defining success metrics and evaluating statistical significance
  • Design responsive landing pages, product pages, pricing pages, and signup flows that balance visual excellence with measurable business outcomes
  • Build and launch pages in Webflow and other website platforms, ensuring responsive design, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma using components, variants, Auto Layout, and design tokens
  • Implement and validate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, analyzing user behavior and funnels to identify optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-performing web experiences and manage external agency relationships
  • Own website conversion performance metrics, regularly reporting progress against growth objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and optimizing high-performing marketing websites for SaaS or B2B organizations
  • Demonstrated success improving conversion rates through experimentation, supported by a portfolio with measurable business results
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variants, and responsive design
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests using VWO or similar experimentation platforms
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation
  • Experience building marketing pages in Webflow or similar CMS platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Familiarity with HubSpot forms, landing pages, and marketing integrations

  • Experience working within product-led growth (PLG) or self-service SaaS environments

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
  • Remote position based in the USA
