About the Role
PracticeTek is hiring a Senior Website Optimization Manager to lead website strategy and execution with a focus on conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and development. This is an exciting opportunity to own the digital experience across multiple web properties while driving measurable business impact in the healthcare technology space. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who combines CRO expertise with technical acumen and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position is available as onsite or remote in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute conversion rate optimization tests across PracticeTek's web properties, focusing on maximizing conversions and improving user engagement
- Own the front-end and back-end of PracticeTek's websites, leading innovation and best practice implementation
- Proactively optimize web properties to deliver a best-in-class user experience and support key marketing initiatives and product releases
- Provide weekly reporting and deep insights on website conversion, engagement, traffic, and health metrics
- Manage the tech stack across web properties including website platform, integrations, and chatbot solutions
- Own the web development queue—triage incoming requests, rank against business impact, and assign work to contract developers while identifying optimization opportunities
- Effectively manage multiple PracticeTek websites and serve as a trusted partner across the business for all website activities
Requirements
- Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) with a track record of driving improved conversion rates and lead generation
- Strong technical knowledge of website development, including front-end and back-end systems, platforms, and integrations
- Experience with website performance reporting, analytics, and key metrics (page loading times, engagement, SEO, LLM optimization)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple web properties and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills and ability to prioritize development work based on business impact
- Experience with Webflow or similar modern web platforms is a plus
