Staff Designer & Content Specialist
Job Description
About the Company
OpenLoop, co-founded by CEO Dr. Jon Lensing and COO Christian Williams, is a telehealth solutions company bringing care anywhere. Their thoughtfully designed support solutions streamline virtual care delivery for companies across all 50 states, empowering meaningful patient support across an expansive array of specialties.
About the Role
OpenLoop is seeking a Staff Designer & Content Specialist to sit at the intersection of brand, growth, and revenue—designing high-converting digital experiences that accelerate patient acquisition. This founding creative role operates as a performance-driven, revenue-obsessed creative hybrid, bridging executive vision with flawless, high-speed execution. You'll design and ship landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative across multiple brands, taking projects from concept to live audience with real ownership and no layers between your work and impact. Based in the United States, this is a deeply hands-on position where projects move in days and weeks, and you'll be the creative function setting standards across OpenLoop's DTC and enterprise marketing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design and build DTC landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative across multiple brands in Webflow, Framer, and similar platforms, adapting quickly to each brand's voice and audience
- Own the creative function end-to-end, setting standards for how creative gets made, holding the quality bar across every brand, and serving as the final creative check before work reaches customers or clients
- Operate as the creative point of contact across multiple subsidiaries and brands—advising marketing and brand leaders on creative approach, bringing performance data to conversations, and directing external agency partners against established standards
- Take designs from Figma into live environments, troubleshooting independently and ensuring flawless implementation
- Partner with growth teams on A/B testing—form hypotheses, ship variants, read results, and iterate based on performance data
- Build repeatable systems, templates, and documented processes that allow creative work to scale beyond individual execution
- Design for outcomes over aesthetics—make layout, hierarchy, and visual choices based on what moves customers to act, prioritizing performance data when it conflicts with aesthetic preference
- Interrogate briefs before building, asking clarifying questions that reveal what work actually needs to accomplish and compress production time using generative AI as a core part of your daily workflow
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience in performance marketing, growth, DTC, or direct-response contexts
- Agency or fast-paced startup experience carrying multiple brands or clients simultaneously and delivering on short cycles
- Strong Figma craft—fast, organized, and able to work from and extend existing brand systems
- Practical command of Webflow, Framer, or comparable tools to ship your own work independently
- Ability to work from concise direction and shape it into finished, on-brand work while bringing your own strategic thinking to improve on the brief
- Demonstrated accountability for how creative impacts conversion rate, average order value, and acquisition cost
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep partners informed on progress, surface questions early, and flag timeline risks
Nice to Have
- Experience working across multiple subsidiary brands or portfolio companies
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency with generative AI tools for design and content production
