About the Role

Webflow is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for key accounts, helping customers achieve meaningful wins with the Webflow platform. In this role, you'll drive product adoption, guide customers toward their goals, and act as a strategic partner between Sales, Solutions Engineering, and the customer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer outcomes and ready to make an impact in the remote-first, customer-centric environment based in Eastern Kentucky, US.

Responsibilities

• Learn each customer's unique goals and business objectives, developing tailored success strategies
• Drive adoption of core Webflow features and guide customers through meaningful product milestones
• Coordinate with Sales and Solutions Engineers to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous account success
• Own renewal discussions and contribute to account expansion opportunities
• Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and use cases to inform product improvements and internal processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships that position you as a trusted advisor for your accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role
• Strong ability to understand customer goals and translate them into actionable success plans
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product)
• Track record of driving renewals, expansions, and customer retention
