Webflow Developer — Nonprofit Website Revision and Completion (Remote / Latin America)

TalentoTotal is a nonprofit organization operating across Latin America, including Colombia and Brazil, dedicated to developing high-potential underrepresented young professionals for global leadership. We are seeking an experienced Webflow developer to complete an ongoing website project at talentototal.org.

The site is already built in Webflow. We need a developer to complete revision rounds on six existing pages and build two new pages. All assets, design briefs, PowerPoint storyboards, and Google Drive folders are fully organized and ready for immediate handoff. No design work is required — you will be implementing pre-designed layouts and assets that have already been created.

Scope of remaining work:

Six existing page revision rounds — About Us, Boot Camps, Programs, Fellows/Coaches, Volunteer Coach/Interviewer, Refer a Candidate

Two new page completions — Financial Empowerment, Scholarship Support

What we are looking for:

Proven Webflow experience with multi-page websites

Strong attention to detail — precise spacing, alignment, and mobile optimization

Proactive written communication and reliable delivery on agreed timelines

Ability to begin immediately

Compensation: US$ 100.00 per page for revision rounds, US$ 150.00 per page for new page completions, with a performance-based on-time delivery bonus. Total project value approximately US$ 900.00 to US$ 1,200.00.
