About the Role

Youtech is hiring a Web Designer – Marketing to join our Greater Phoenix Area office, working Monday–Friday in-house. In this full-time role, you'll design high-impact, conversion-focused digital assets for our marketing clients using Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and other platforms. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design skills with a strategic mindset, translating marketing goals into visually compelling, performance-ready web experiences that drive real business results.

Responsibilities

• Design and build conversion-optimized landing pages for paid media, lead generation, and campaign initiatives across client accounts.
• Design responsive, on-brand email templates and campaign creative for email marketing programs.
• Build and customize landing pages and websites on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Bootstrap, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and aesthetic appeal.
• Create design mock-ups in Figma for landing pages, emails, and campaign assets.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and conversion principles—including hierarchy, CTAs, page flow, and form design—to every deliverable.
• Test and enhance the design and performance of existing landing pages and email templates to improve conversion and engagement.
• Integrate third-party marketing tools and platforms (Klaviyo, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.) based on client needs.
• Participate in client meetings, including creative sessions, design reviews, demonstrations, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Web Development, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience designing and building landing pages, marketing websites, and email campaigns using WordPress, Shopify, and Bootstrap.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Proven expertise in front-end design fundamentals, conversion-driven UI/UX, and accessibility design.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with the ability to read and edit code.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) to enhance design workflows.
• Strong visual and technical portfolio showcasing landing pages and campaign work, plus exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow, WooCommerce, or additional design platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, PHP, Liquid, or similar).
