About the Role

We're seeking a creative, conversion-focused Part-Time Webflow Developer to join our team remotely. You'll build high-performing landing pages, compelling CTAs, and engaging web experiences entirely within Webflow. If you know how to use clever web design tricks, native interactions, and clean layouts to drive user engagement, we want you on our team. This is a mid-senior level position perfect for an experienced Webflow designer who can execute independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect landing pages and web assets directly in Webflow
• Design striking, high-converting CTAs and layouts that optimize user flows and conversion rates
• Bring static pages to life using Webflow's native interactions and micro-animations
• Fix styling bugs, optimize page speeds, and implement basic SEO best practices
• Connect third-party tools and implement custom HTML/CSS embeds as needed

Requirements

• Proven Webflow expertise with production-ready sites in your portfolio
• Strong grasp of modern web design, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency with custom interactions, custom CSS/HTML embeds, and third-party integrations
• Ability to work independently at a mid-senior level with flexible hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot integration
