As the Web Experience & Optimization Lead, you'll own the complete Webflow website experience and establish governance standards that drive measurable results. Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company website built in Webflow, establishing governance frameworks and best practices
• Partner with Demand Generation to convert marketing campaigns into high-quality, optimized web experiences
• Design and execute structured A/B testing programs and AI-driven optimization initiatives
• Manage audience segmentation strategies and user experience personalization
• Oversee integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Claude to ensure seamless data flow
• Monitor and report on site performance metrics, conversion rates, and optimization impact

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Webflow design, development, and site management
• Experience with web experience optimization, CRO, and A/B testing methodologies
• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot integrations
