About the Role
Fivetran is hiring a Web Growth Marketing Manager to join the Web team within the Product-Led Growth (PLG) Revenue organization. This individual contributor role focuses on experimentation and web page optimization, positioning you to run the website as a core growth surface and measurable revenue driver. You'll own critical web experiences on fivetran.com, partner cross-functionally to align business objectives with web best practices, and drive high-velocity execution. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Denver, CO, with two days in the office each week for team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously optimize high-impact surfaces on fivetran.com (Homepage, Navigation, Interactive Demo, key conversion flows) to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and trial signups
- Own and optimize Website Chat as a high-impact growth channel that drives measurable business outcomes
- Execute a structured experimentation program: identifying optimization opportunities through data, designing A/B tests in Webflow Optimize, and analyzing performance results
- Translate web data and user behavior into clear insights and actionable recommendations that improve funnel performance and UX
- Work directly in Webflow to ship updates quickly, including page edits, UX improvements, and copy changes; partner with web developers for complex builds
- Write clear and actionable business requirement documents (BRDs) for web initiatives to align stakeholders on goals, milestones, and success metrics
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, and Product teams to execute GTM priorities on the website
Requirements
- Experience optimizing web experiences that drive measurable business outcomes, including trial signups and demo requests that increase ARR
- Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation, including designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Hands-on experience working in CMS platforms like Webflow or similar, with the ability to make changes directly with minimal development support
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to identify friction points and take action to improve them
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence and partner with teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Brand
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Bias for action with strong organizational skills: you move fast, prioritize sharply, and have a growth-oriented, curious mindset that actively seeks feedback and tests new ideas
