About the Role
Fivetran is seeking a Web Growth Marketing Manager to join the Web team within the Product-Led Growth (PLG) Revenue organization. This individual contributor role is focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and web page experimentation, where you'll help run fivetran.com as a core growth surface and measurable revenue driver. You'll own and continuously improve key web surfaces like the Homepage and Navigation, partnering cross-functionally to align business objectives with web best practices. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for user experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for testing and iterating quickly. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Oakland, CA, with two days in the office each week.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously optimize high-impact surfaces on fivetran.com (Homepage, Navigation, Interactive Demo, key conversion flows) to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and revenue
- Own and optimize Website Chat as a high-impact growth channel for trial signups and demo requests
- Execute a structured experimentation program using Webflow Optimize: identify optimization opportunities through data, design A/B tests, and analyze performance
- Translate web data and user behavior into clear, actionable insights that improve funnel performance and UX; partner closely with Web Design to execute website plans
- Work directly in Webflow to ship updates quickly, including page edits, UX improvements, and copy changes; collaborate with developers on more complex experiences
- Write clear business requirement documents (BRDs) for web initiatives to align stakeholders on goals, milestones, and success metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, and Product teams to execute GTM priorities on the website
Requirements
- Proven experience optimizing web experiences that drive measurable business outcomes (trial signups, demo requests, ARR growth)
- Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation, including designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Hands-on experience working in CMS platforms like Webflow (or similar), with the ability to make changes directly without extensive development support
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to identify friction points and take action to improve them
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, influencing teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Brand
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bias for action, strong organization skills, and a growth mindset; you prioritize sharply, move fast, and actively seek feedback to improve
