About the Role

Harness is hiring a Web Strategy, SEO & AEO Lead to own end-to-end Webflow production for marketing pages, CMS content, and integrations. This senior-level, remote position combines Webflow development, technical optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing work. You'll partner with design, content, marketing, and growth teams to improve website performance, accessibility, search visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role is ideal for an experienced Webflow developer who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and understands the technical and strategic sides of web optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance responsive marketing pages using Webflow.
• Manage Webflow CMS collections, dynamic content structures, and content-update workflows.
• Translate Figma designs into accurate, responsive Webflow implementations.
• Improve site speed, performance, accessibility, SEO, and AEO across all Webflow projects.
• Implement A/B tests, conversion optimizations, analytics tracking, and marketing integrations.
• Develop landing pages and campaign assets with marketing, content, and growth teams.
• Add custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, third-party integrations, and conduct cross-browser and mobile QA.
• Maintain consistent Webflow projects using Client-First or comparable style standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing Webflow websites.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and proven experience implementing Figma designs.
• Experience optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
• Experience creating conversion-focused pages and running A/B tests.
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2+ years of industry experience.

Nice to Have

• JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript expertise.
• Webflow API experience.
• Familiarity with Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clearbit, or SEMrush.
• AI-powered search optimization knowledge.
• Experience with Lottie, Rive, or other animation libraries.
• No-code tools, React, DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud deployment experience.
