About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Webflow Designer and Developer to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This role is perfect for a creative professional who combines design expertise with solid development skills, delivering modern, responsive websites that exceed client expectations. You'll work on diverse projects, managing multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, modern UI/UX websites using Webflow with a focus on premium, high-quality implementations
• Leverage the Relume library for Figma and Webflow to streamline design-to-development workflows
• Write clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow projects and add complex functionality
• Manage and deliver multiple Webflow projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with clients and team members using excellent communication skills to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Stay current with modern design trends and adapt quickly to new platforms and tools as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Webflow designer and developer
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design workflows
• Demonstrated experience with the Relume library for both Figma and Webflow
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as a self-driven remote professional, managing your own time and priorities
• A rich portfolio showcasing unique Webflow designs and complex technical implementations

Nice to Have

• Experience as a forward-thinking designer with the ability to quickly adapt to emerging platforms and learn new tools with minimal guidance
