About the Role

Broccoli is seeking a talented Webflow Designer based in San Francisco, California to design and build their company website. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for clean, modern design and hands-on Webflow expertise who takes pride in producing polished, professional work. You'll shape how the site looks, functions, and grows while working directly in Webflow to create responsive, fast, and accessible pages that convert.

Responsibilities

• Lead website design and development in Webflow, managing page structure and CMS organization from concept to launch
• Make visual design decisions including typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand expression across all pages
• Build and maintain reusable design components to ensure consistency as the site scales
• Design and develop landing pages for campaigns, launches, and promotions that drive conversions
• Optimize site performance, responsiveness, and accessibility without compromising visual quality
• Handle page layout, SEO metadata, and content updates directly in Webflow
• Collaborate on creative direction including web graphics, imagery, and overall visual strategy
• Identify and solve both visual and functional issues with actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional web design experience with a portfolio of real, live production examples
• Proven hands-on Webflow expertise—you've shipped production sites, not just mockups
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and file preparation
• User-centered design mindset with solid understanding of responsive layouts, page speed, and accessibility basics
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to determine when custom code is appropriate
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals including metadata, page structure, and optimization
• Self-directed, communicative, and reliable in meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience maintaining consistent brand presence across a growing portfolio of pages
• Previous work on marketing or SaaS/tech company websites
• Comfort working with small, early-stage teams navigating evolving requirements
• Experience with Webflow animation and motion design
• Familiarity with Webflow's CMS and e-commerce capabilities
