About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Webflow Designer & Developer in New York, NY. You'll own the full lifecycle of Webflow site development—from initial design and CMS implementation to optimization and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in the Webflow enterprise platform with strong visual design skills, enabling you to create intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with creatives, marketers, and business leaders to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of Webflow sites and components, from page structure to animations and interactions
• Build, implement, and manage design systems and global styles in Webflow
• Implement CMS-driven templates for case studies, insights, bios, and internal tools
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Translate designs into high-fidelity Webflow builds that reflect brand guidelines and best practices
• Document best practices, maintain development guidelines, and ensure responsiveness, performance, and WCAG accessibility compliance
• Proactively suggest and implement website improvements based on data, benchmarks, and user experience trends
• Support QA and testing across browsers, devices, and screen sizes, and help shape governance models including version control and backup strategies
• Stay current on Webflow features, plug-ins, and capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements
• Work collaboratively with design, brand, and digital teams to iterate and optimize user experience

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the Webflow enterprise platform and its capabilities
• Strong visual design skills combined with extensive technical knowledge of designing and maintaining enterprise Webflow CMS
• Proven ability to create and optimize digital experiences with intuitive user experience (UX)
• Demonstrated expertise in building responsive, accessible websites with WCAG compliance
• Experience implementing CMS-driven templates and design systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams including creatives, marketers, and business leaders
• Problem-solving mindset that balances creative design with measurable, data-driven results
