About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Webflow Designer to join our team in Bâton-Rouge, Louisiana. This is a design role for someone fluent in Webflow who lives at the intersection of beautiful design and functional execution—you think in layouts, obsess over interactions, and know how to translate polished Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, live web experiences. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring brand experiences to life on the web, contributing to client projects from concept through launch, and supporting the broader design team with production and graphic design work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, working from Figma prototypes you've created or collaborated on
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma that are ready to build, not just ready to present
• Translate brand identities and creative direction into cohesive, functional web experiences
• Manage Webflow CMS structure, interactions, and animations to deliver polished, on-brand results
• Collaborate with project leads and strategists to understand goals, constraints, and timelines
• Support the design team with graphic design production work as needed (digital assets, templates, collateral)
• QA your own work across browsers and devices before anything goes live
• Stay current on Webflow capabilities, design trends, and emerging tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or web design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, from wireframes to production-ready prototypes
• Hands-on Webflow experience building and launching real client or production sites (not just templates)
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to troubleshoot, customize, and communicate with developers when needed
• Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and animation tools
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality or deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach to feedback

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Webflow ecosystem tools such as Relume, Lumos Framework, and/or the Finsweet Client First approach
• Experience with other no-code or low-code platforms (Framer, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)
• Familiarity with brand identity systems and how to apply them consistently across digital touchpoints
• Agency background or experience managing multiple client projects at once
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience, including familiarity with GSAP or CSS Animations
• Graphic design production chops and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
