About the Role

We're looking for a stellar Webflow Developer to join our Arizona-based team. You'll act as a bridge between technology, design, and marketing, ensuring our website is always up-to-date, functional, and optimized across all devices and touchpoints. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with advanced Webflow expertise who is passionate about creating responsive, high-performance web experiences and wants to support both product and marketing strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features and improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and market trends
• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize website performance, and ensure security best practices
• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion and user experience
• Support in defining and implementing product and company marketing strategy
• Develop responsive layouts using Webflow's integrated CMS and no-code interactions
• Customize designs with advanced HTML and CSS to optimize for various screen sizes
• Build custom animations using GSAP and Webflow's native tools beyond standard interactions
• Manage DNS configuration and website maintenance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including responsive layouts, integrated CMS, interactions, animations, and complex project management
• Strong understanding of website structure and best practices (style guides, global classes, reusable components, naming conventions, scalability, and maintainability)
• Advanced HTML and CSS skills for customizing designs and optimizing for multiple screen sizes
• Solid JavaScript skills, including custom scripts, DOM manipulation, and API integration
• Proficiency with GSAP animations to build custom, smooth, and performant animations
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices and implementation in Webflow projects
• Experience with DNS configuration for website management and maintenance
• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
