About the Role

Domyn is seeking a stellar Webflow Developer to join their team in Illinois, US. In this role, you'll act as a bridge between technology, design, and marketing, playing a key role in evolving the company's online presence and ensuring the website is always up-to-date, functional, and optimized for all devices and touchpoints. You'll be responsible for implementing new features, resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, creating high-converting landing pages, and supporting the product and company marketing strategy. Responsibilities

• Implement new features and improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and market trends
• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize website performance, and ensure website security
• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion and user experience
• Support in defining and implementing the product and company marketing strategy
• Manage complex Webflow projects using structured builds, style guides, global classes, and reusable components
• Customize designs through advanced HTML and CSS to optimize websites for various screen sizes
• Build custom animations using GSAP and other advanced techniques beyond Webflow's native interactions
• Implement SEO best practices within Webflow projects and manage DNS configuration for website maintenance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including creating responsive layouts, using the integrated CMS, crafting interactions and animations without code, and managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of website management and structured builds, including style guides, global classes, reusable components, naming conventions, and best practices for scalability and maintainability
• Advanced skills in writing and editing HTML and CSS to customize designs and optimize websites for various screen sizes
• Solid JavaScript skills, including custom scripts, manipulating the DOM, and integrating APIs
• Proficiency with GSAP animations and the ability to build custom, smooth, and performant animations beyond Webflow's native capabilities
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices to implement them in Webflow projects
• Experience in DNS configuration for website management and maintenance
• Fluent English communication skills, team player with strong attention to detail
