About the Role

Synthesia is hiring a Webflow Developer / Front-End Engineer to build and maintain their marketing website while supporting critical SEO and growth initiatives. This remote role is ideal for a developer who excels at creating fast, reliable, and high-performing user experiences using Webflow, while also comfortable extending functionality with custom code when needed. You'll collaborate across Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering teams to ship quality work quickly and iterate often.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pages and components in Webflow, including CMS structures, localization, and third-party integrations
• Implement custom front-end functionality using JavaScript, animations, interactive widgets, forms, and A/B experiments
• Support and extend internal SEO and automation tools running on AWS infrastructure
• Work with Lambda functions, APIs, and simple backend services to enhance website capabilities
• Improve site performance, accessibility, and technical SEO across the marketing platform
• Collaborate closely with Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Ship fast, iterate often, and maintain high quality standards throughout development

Requirements

• Strong production experience working with Webflow
• Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Comfortable working outside Webflow when needed for custom JS, embeds, and API integrations
• Experience with technical SEO concepts including page speed optimization, structured data, and indexing basics
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, basic infrastructure, scripts, and cron jobs)
• Knowledge of analytics and tracking setups (GA4, GTM, and event tracking)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Node.js or similar backend runtimes
• Experience building or maintaining SEO tooling, scrapers, generators, or automation systems
• Background working in a product-led or growth-focused environment
