About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team in New York. This full-time, mid-senior level position is perfect for someone with 4+ years of development experience who is passionate about creating high-quality web experiences. You'll work on diverse projects that combine design expertise with technical implementation, building responsive and engaging websites using Webflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Webflow websites with a focus on performance and user experience
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
• Manage project timelines efficiently to deliver quality results on schedule
• Optimize websites to attract and retain quality customers for our clients
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Webflow projects
• Apply UI/UX best practices and brand standards throughout development

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional development experience
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow and web design principles
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design and implementation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to deliver quality work while managing time and resources effectively
• Experience with app development, design systems, and brand implementation
