About the Role
Instawork is seeking an expert Webflow developer to provide ongoing support for their marketing website, instawork.com. This is a remote, part-time contract role working 20 hours per week, perfect for a skilled professional who can build and launch high-quality pages quickly and efficiently. You'll work primarily with the Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager, collaborating on everything from responsive page design to programmatic SEO implementation. If you're a systems-thinking Webflow expert comfortable working independently and want the freedom to innovate with modern tools, this role is an excellent fit.
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team by creating and updating website pages, content, and layouts on instawork.com
- Build responsive marketing pages and landing pages from Figma designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Create, improve, and maintain programmatic SEO page templates and Webflow CMS collections
- Build and improve reusable Webflow components and maintain the existing style system
- Add Webflow interactions, animations, and lightweight custom JavaScript when needed
- Publish content and perform page QA before and after launch, troubleshooting layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance issues
- Maintain consistency, usability, and performance across pages, templates, and components
- Communicate effectively with the team through Slack and Zoom
Requirements
- Expert-level Webflow development skills with advanced experience in Webflow CMS, including collections, dynamic binding, collection templates, filtering, and sorting
- Proficiency in creating fully responsive pages and structuring scalable Webflow styles and CSS
- Strong understanding of semantic HTML, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, schema markup, redirects, and SEO best practices
- Experience with Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries and ability to use lightweight JavaScript when Webflow's native functionality is insufficient
- Ability to translate Figma designs into high-quality, fully responsive pages
- Systems-thinking approach to building reusable components that improve consistency and speed future development
- Comfort working independently, identifying potential issues, and recommending better solutions
- Availability to work within 4 hours of Pacific Time Zone during contracted hours
Nice to Have
- Experience with web design, content publishing, or motion design
- Proficiency using AI tools like Cursor to accelerate development work
