About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team in New York and take ownership of UI/UX design and brand implementation projects. This role is perfect for a developer who thrives at the intersection of design and development, delivering pixel-perfect responsive interfaces while maintaining brand consistency across client projects. You'll work directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling Webflow websites.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize responsive web designs using Webflow, ensuring cross-device compatibility
• Collaborate with clients to understand brand requirements and ensure design consistency throughout projects
• Develop user-centered UI/UX solutions that enhance engagement and conversion
• Deliver high-quality front-end implementations with attention to performance and accessibility
• Provide design and development support to clients, troubleshooting issues and implementing revisions
• Work across design, development, and support competencies to deliver complete solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in web design and development
• Advanced proficiency in Webflow and responsive design principles
• Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Proven ability to maintain brand consistency and implement brand guidelines across multiple projects
• Experience providing client support and managing design-to-development workflows
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
