About the Role

We're hiring a Webflow Developer to join our fully remote team and build complete, pixel-perfect websites from Figma designs. This role is perfect for a growth-oriented developer who takes ownership of their builds from start to finish, combining technical excellence with a passion for clean code and scalable architecture. You'll work with world-class clients on innovative projects while collaborating closely with designers and team members in an async-friendly, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Build complete, production-quality Webflow websites from Figma designs with pixel-perfect implementation and clean code structure
• Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections, including complex collections, filters, and relations
• Develop reusable components and scalable layout patterns that maintain consistency across projects
• Implement custom interactions and animations while optimizing for performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility
• Write semantic HTML and advanced CSS (flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography) with a focus on maintainable architecture
• Maintain consistent, logical class naming conventions and contribute to improving team workflows and build quality standards
• Collaborate closely with designers and clients, clearly explaining technical decisions in async and remote environments

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on Webflow experience with strong command of Webflow Designer and CMS capabilities
• Advanced responsive design and layout skills with deep understanding of Webflow best practices and limitations
• Solid semantic HTML and strong CSS expertise (flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography)
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable structures and reusable components beyond one-off pages
• Good English and Polish communication skills (B2+ level) for clear collaboration in remote, async environments
• Growth-oriented mindset with independent, proactive ownership of projects and attention to detail
• Comfort working with Figma for design inspection and understanding design systems

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming and structure frameworks
• Experience with Finsweet attributes or custom attributes for enhanced functionality
• Stronger technical SEO knowledge (structured data, clean URL strategy, migrations)
• Experience with advanced animation tools like GSAP
• Comfort with AI workflow tools
• Experience working with English-speaking clients and international teams
