About the Role

Wow House is seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join their growing team in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This role is perfect for a detail-obsessed, solutions-oriented developer who excels at building high-performing websites, integrating complex APIs, and collaborating directly with premium clients. You'll work on both original designs and Figma mockups, creating pixel-perfect, responsive experiences while maintaining the studio's reputation for technical excellence and creative innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom, high-performing websites using Webflow that reflect client brands while meeting premium quality standards, including working from original designs and Figma mockups
• Integrate APIs and connect Webflow sites to client databases and third-party services, using Webflow as a powerful front-end interface
• Create pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive experiences across all devices, with an intuitive sense for design adaptation even without mobile mockups
• Handle post-launch updates, improvements, and ongoing optimization to ensure continued website performance
• Participate in client calls, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, and make strategic recommendations on design, UX, and conversion optimization

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Proven experience integrating APIs and connecting to external databases
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles with the ability to implement them without mockups provided
• Portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate technical excellence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Framer development experience
• Experience with GSAP animations
• Familiarity with Webflow frameworks such as Lumos or Client-First
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with tool integrations like Zapier
• Background in UX/UI design
• Digital marketing knowledge including Google Analytics and conversion optimization
