About the Role

Square Waves is hiring a Webflow Website Designer to take ownership of web projects from concept through launch. In this role, you'll design and build beautiful, functional websites for B2B clients while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who wants to grow within a fast-moving digital agency and expand their expertise in responsive design, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and architect website structure, defining site architecture and user experience flows
• Design and build responsive websites in Webflow that meet client requirements and brand standards
• Own projects from initial concept through successful launch and delivery
• Implement accessibility best practices and SEO fundamentals into all website designs
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery
• Define visual style and design systems that establish consistency across projects

Requirements

• Proficiency in Webflow for designing and building responsive websites
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and how to implement them in design
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how they apply to website design
• Experience collaborating with clients and managing project expectations
