About the Role
We're seeking a Website Experience Manager to own the end-to-end optimization of flocksafety.com, a critical hub for marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation serving hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors. In this conversion rate optimization (CRO) focused role, you'll drive strategic improvements to our Webflow website, build and scale our A/B testing program, manage our SEO strategy, and develop our emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) approach for AI-powered search discovery. This position is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on pipeline growth and customer experience for a fast-scaling safety technology company.
Responsibilities
- Own the website experience end-to-end, with a primary focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and continuous site experience improvements
- Build and scale the A/B testing program using VWO, managing hypothesis development, test design, statistical significance analysis, and iterative optimization
- Manage the SEO program in partnership with agency partners, overseeing technical SEO execution and performance
- Develop and execute the emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy to ensure Flock is discoverable in AI-powered search platforms
- Partner with Brand/Creative teams on Webflow page builds, technical specifications, and project management
- Manage martech tools and platforms including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), Qualified, 6sense, and personalization platforms
- Oversee agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and drive results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing websites for high-growth companies
- Expert-level proficiency with Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through A/B testing programs using tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of CRO methodology, hypothesis development, test design, statistical significance, and iterative optimization
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO with experience managing and partnering with SEO agencies
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC)
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for website customization and technical implementation
- Independent self-starter capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion with high organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) concepts and AI-driven search optimization strategies
- Experience with martech tools such as Qualified (chatbot), VWO, 6sense, and personalization platforms
- Proficiency in website content management and strategy with deep understanding of current web best practices and technologies
