About the Role
As Website Growth Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution for conversion rate optimization, personalization, and analytics for MaintainX's website in Raleigh, NC. This role is ideal for a data-driven, AI-savvy marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, UX, and experimentation. You'll partner with design, engineering, and product marketing to create high-performing landing pages and deliver measurable growth in leads and product signups using Webflow and AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the website for conversion by running A/B tests and implementing personalization using AI tools (Clay, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate insights and deliver tailored messaging.
- Partner with the SEO team to optimize website content for AI-driven search and product-led SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with design, product marketing, and demand generation on landing pages, site redesigns, and information architecture improvements to drive usability and conversions to leads and trials.
- Lead and prioritize the web development queue, balancing growth experiments, campaign support, and search optimization initiatives.
- Own website analytics and attribution by building dashboards, tracking conversions, and partnering with Marketing Ops and engineering on reporting and funnel visibility.
- Integrate qualitative research (usability tests, heatmaps, surveys) with quantitative data using AI-driven analysis to refine conversion paths.
- Ensure site quality, scalability, and performance through audits, monitoring, and AI-based anomaly detection.
- Update, publish, and manage new content and web pages on Webflow.
- Recommend and manage tools for analytics, testing, personalization, and AI-enhanced web marketing.
Requirements
- 4+ years in web or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record running A/B tests and driving measurable conversion improvements.
- Proficiency with Webflow and Optimizely (or similar conversion optimization tools).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Clay, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for personalization and data analysis.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and attribution modeling.
- Understanding of technical web performance including Core Web Vitals, page speed, and SEO best practices.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of tracking and measuring AI search/chat traffic (referrals, click-throughs, attribution).
- Experience collaborating with SEO teams to drive product-led SEO and optimize for AI-driven search.
- Familiarity with AI-first search standards like LLMs.txt and schema markup.
- Experience with AI-supported localization and multi-language web operations.
- Language skills in Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese.
