About the Role
Sharetec is hiring a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to own the marketing engine that drives revenue pipeline growth. This is a hands-on, platform-focused role where you'll manage ZoomInfo ABM, Active Campaign, Webflow, and Salesforce integrations to build a measurable, revenue-connected marketing operation. Working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams, you'll be responsible for launching ABM programs, nurturing campaigns, and closing the loop between marketing activity and pipeline outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment. If you've proven success running ABM programs, building conversion-focused sequences, and attributing marketing activities to revenue in Salesforce, this brand new role offers the opportunity to build Sharetec's go-to-market engine from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the ZoomInfo ABM platform end-to-end: ICP account list construction, intent data monitoring, contact enrichment, territory-level targeting, and weekly prioritized account reporting to the sales team
- Build and manage the Active Campaign platform: workflow architecture, list segmentation, lead scoring, automation sequences, and Salesforce integration for nurture campaigns and MQL conversions
- Design, build, and optimize campaign-specific landing pages in Webflow for ABM campaigns, product launches, event promotion, and gated content with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Partner with the Salesforce Administrator as the primary marketing-side technical collaborator for all marketing-to-SFDC integrations, including lead routing rules, campaign member statuses, MQL assignment logic, and opportunity influence tracking
- Own UTM structure, campaign attribution, marketing-source pipeline tracking, and weekly performance reporting to the CRO on open rates, click-through rates, MQL conversions, and pipeline influence
- Ensure data hygiene across ZoomInfo, Active Campaign, and Salesforce with accurate syncing and lifecycle stage transitions
Requirements
- Proven experience running ABM programs in a B2B SaaS environment with measurable pipeline impact
- Advanced proficiency with ZoomInfo, Active Campaign, and Salesforce—comfortable in platform workflow builds and technical integrations
- Strong expertise in email marketing, lead scoring, automation sequences, and campaign attribution to revenue
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages with technical integration to marketing platforms (Webflow experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to close the loop between marketing activities and Salesforce pipeline data with clear attribution reporting
- Comfort working at both the executive and operational levels, with strong communication and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Hands-on Webflow experience
- Experience with intent data platforms and account-based marketing workflows
- Background in financial services or credit union technology
- Salesforce Administrator or technical certification experience
Benefits & Perks
- Full-time, exempt position with salary range of $75,000–$90,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility
- Remote work opportunity (anywhere in the United States, excluding California; Eastern or Central time zone strongly preferred)
- Travel expected at less than 20%, primarily for the annual Users Conference and occasional team meetings
