About the Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our GTM team in the New York City Metropolitan Area or Israel. This hands-on marketing role offers significant ownership across digital channels, content, and growth initiatives, where you'll build and execute campaigns that create high-intent pipeline for sales. You'll have the opportunity to influence marketing strategy, optimize our digital presence, and help build the demand engine powering Hypercore's scale—making this an ideal role for a driven marketer ready to make a measurable impact in B2B SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid channels, and the company website
- Own the website experience, optimizing for SEO, conversion rate optimization, and user engagement
- Produce high-impact marketing content including landing pages, paid ads, and short-form content that drives pipeline
- Analyze performance data and adjust tactics based on insights to improve campaign results
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive and measure pipeline impact from marketing efforts
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns hands-on across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels
- Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into marketing workflows and processes
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn and Google
- Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and growth loops
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Webflow
- Ability to create marketing assets including ads, landing pages, and campaign content
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Ability to execute quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or financial services industries
- Familiarity with and comfort integrating AI tools into marketing workflows
