About the Role
We're seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote team in the United States. In this role, you'll manage paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO, and website optimization across multiple platforms. You'll analyze campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure alignment—making this an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about data-driven decision making and driving measurable marketing results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
- Write compelling ad content and design basic ad creative, or coordinate with design teams
- Track and report on key performance metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, and CPC
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structure for organic search visibility
- Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional emails with strategic audience segmentation
- Manage and grow organic social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms with engaging content aligned to brand voice
- Partner with content, sales, and design teams to align all marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Experience with email marketing platforms including Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo
- Experience managing organic social media for a business or brand
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of digital marketing initiatives
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related role
- Ability to write compelling ad content and create basic visual content
