About the Role
As Director of Growth Marketing at Auxi, you'll own the entire growth engine for this lean B2B SaaS company—from paid demand generation to marketing automation systems, content and SEO, to the website itself. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a clear path to VP of Marketing based on performance. You'll be a player-coach: strategic enough to define the operating model and hands-on enough to build campaigns, harden automations, and publish pages yourself using Webflow. The ideal candidate thinks in systems and learning loops, treating pipeline reliability as a first-class deliverable.
Responsibilities
- Define demand generation strategy and paid channels: Set the channel mix, establish testing roadmaps, and drive qualified pipeline from paid acquisition, LinkedIn ABM programs, emerging channels, and retargeting
- Own HubSpot as the system of record: Architect lifecycle stages, lead routing, nurture sequences, and dashboards so every inbound signal has a defined path and leadership can see funnel health at a glance
- Maintain pipeline quality and automation reliability: Keep qualification filters honest for sales, and instrument the automation layer so silent failures surface before they cost pipeline
- Build and execute content and SEO strategy: Develop a product-led content strategy that drives durable organic pipeline, translate customer research into a publishing cadence, and ship it consistently
- Own the website as a growth surface: Publish, test, and improve through Webflow without creating engineering dependency
- Run review generation programs: Systematize G2 reviews and other review programs as a repeatable pipeline engine
- Build measurement and cross-functional alignment: Create clean reporting on pipeline contribution, CAC, and funnel performance while partnering with sales on ICP targeting, routing logic, and handoff quality
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with direct ownership of at least two or three core channels: paid, lifecycle, content, or SEO
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise: Proven ability to architect workflows, sequences, lifecycle stages, routing, and reporting (not just work within someone else's system)
- System-builder mindset paired with martech fluency: You map manual handoffs and failure points, know when to automate versus instrument, and document fragile processes
- Paid demand generation craft, especially LinkedIn and account-based programs, with enough content and SEO sense to shape a product-led plan and turn performance data into decisions
- Ability to execute end-to-end in a lean, fast-moving environment: Strong judgment on priorities, working command of Webflow or comparable CMS, and ability to operate without a large team beneath you
Nice to Have
- ABM program experience with tight sales-marketing alignment
- Familiarity with G2 review generation as a credibility and pipeline lever
