About the Role
As Director of Marketing, you'll lead integrated marketing strategy and execution across all channels, owning campaign strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market alignment. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can balance creative vision with analytical rigor while building and developing a high-performing marketing team. You'll report directly to leadership and drive measurable impact across demand generation, content, analytics, and team performance in a United States-based position.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute integrated marketing strategy aligned to company and revenue goals, including campaign roadmap, quarterly plans, budgets, and channel mix decisions
- Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through paid search/social, email automation, SEO, content marketing, events, and partner programs
- Oversee content strategy including blogs, case studies, landing pages, webinars, and sales enablement materials
- Own performance analytics and reporting (MQL→SQL, CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV) and run experimentation across messaging, creatives, landing pages, and nurture flows
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on ICP alignment, lead management, and attribution tracking
- Strengthen brand consistency across web, social, PR, and creative assets using tools like Webflow and WordPress
- Hire, coach, and develop marketing team members and/or agency partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success on launches and retention initiatives
Requirements
- 8–12 years of marketing experience with 3+ years in director or leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering measurable growth outcomes in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau)
- Hands-on proficiency with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, SEO, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Owner mindset with strong execution discipline, data-driven decision making, and comfort with targets and accountability
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
- B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, or product-led growth experience
- Track record with sales enablement programs and go-to-market launches
