About the Role

Mixpanel is seeking a talented Interactive Web Designer to join their San Francisco team and take ownership of building engaging web experiences using Framer and Webflow. This role perfectly blends design and development, allowing you to collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams to transform strategic visions into fully functional, conversion-optimized pages. You'll be an ideal fit if you're hands-on, comfortable working across design and code, and passionate about creating seamless user experiences that tell compelling product stories.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive web experiences using Framer and Webflow, from concept through deployment
• Collaborate with the Brand Design Leader and Website Manager to convert brand strategy into living, functional web pages
• Develop end-to-end pages and reusable components with a focus on design quality and developer experience
• Optimize conversion paths and user journeys across web experiences
• Craft compelling product storytelling through interactive design and web experiences
• Bridge the gap between design and development to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Requirements

• Proficiency in Framer for interactive design and prototyping
• Strong expertise in Webflow for building and deploying production-ready web pages
• Solid understanding of Figma for design collaboration and component systems
• Portfolio demonstrating interactive web design work and hands-on development experience
• Experience optimizing web experiences for conversion and user engagement
• Ability to work cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and product teams
