About the Company
Dimond Connect's client is a health and personal care company looking to scale their direct-to-consumer business. They're seeking a talented growth leader to build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy.
About the Role
As Head of Growth, you'll lead a full-stack growth function for a health and personal care brand, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines experimentation, creative production, email marketing, and analytics. You'll have real influence over priorities, budgets, and how the marketing function develops, making this an ideal opportunity for a growth generalist ready to wear many hats in a fast-paced DTC environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments across channels, then design and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire funnel
- Own growth dashboards and produce clear monthly and quarterly performance reports; set OKRs and ensure the team tracks toward them
- Build and optimize lifecycle email programs including welcome, nurture, and winback sequences; drive revenue from existing customers through segmentation and personalization
- Mock up and build landing pages using AI tools or platforms such as Webflow, and contribute to creative strategy for paid channels
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and own the roadmap to fix them; document learnings and build a culture of structured experimentation
- Leverage AI tools for creative automation and scalable ad creative production; explore automated approaches to reporting and operational workflows
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and remain agile enough to shift strategy when needed based on performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue levels
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in key performance metrics including ROAS, LTV, CAC, and CVR
- Experience designing and running structured experiments
- Comfort with landing page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-code tools like Webflow
- Demonstrated email marketing skills with experience building flows and sequences
- Self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
- Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or skincare categories
- Background in subscription e-commerce
- Experience scaling a brand from early traction through to significant, sustained revenue
- Familiarity with AI tools reshaping performance marketing and DTC
