About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Codebase Inc as a Lead Full Stack Developer, where you'll drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications across multiple US locations. You'll work with a modern tech stack including React, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, Node.js, and AWS in a hybrid environment. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for an experienced full stack engineer who wants to own end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and shape technical strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade, scalable cloud-native applications
- Build responsive frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Develop backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Own end-to-end delivery from design through production support and monitoring
- Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
- Mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive technical leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of full stack development experience
- Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Strong backend expertise in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js
- Proven AWS experience with cloud-native architecture and deployment
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)
- Strong system design, networking, and security fundamentals with Agile/Scrum experience
- Demonstrated experience mentoring teams and driving technical leadership initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience with message queuing and event streaming: Kafka, EventBridge, SQS
- Data engineering tools: Databricks, Airflow, Temporal
- Search and analytics: Elasticsearch
- Enterprise UI component library development
- Build systems: Bazel
- Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation
- Industry experience in SaaS, Marketplace, or PropTech
