About the Role
We're looking for a Design Lead to architect and oversee lead generation experiences that convert. In this hybrid position based in Glendale, California, you'll lead a small design team while hands-on designing and optimizing landing pages in Webflow. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned designer who's passionate about lead generation, CRO, and building scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and deployment of lead generation campaigns and landing pages
- Lead and mentor a small team of designers, providing direction and feedback
- Design and build high-converting landing pages in Webflow with conversion rate optimization best practices
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify optimization opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Analyze user behavior and A/B testing data to continuously improve design performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital design with a focus on lead generation and landing page optimization
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow for designing and building lead generation experiences
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Proven track record of designing high-converting landing pages
- Experience leading and managing a design team
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices
