About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Execution Lead to join our team in Laguna Hills, CA. This is a production-focused, hands-on role where you'll personally create design assets, digital content, and marketing materials that drive how Recall Masters shows up in the market. This is not a strategy or management position—success is measured by the quality, consistency, and impact of the work you produce. Responsibilities

• Create one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, brochures, email graphics, and ad creative
• Own website updates, landing pages, and layout improvements in Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
• Produce advertising and promotional assets across digital and print channels
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, and proposal support
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing and market-facing channels
• Translate direction from leadership into polished, market-ready assets on deadline, every time
• Support executive and sales team needs including board decks, event materials, and product announcements

Requirements

• Design Execution - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva Pro with the ability to produce polished, professional assets without needing a designer to clean up your work
• Copy & Positioning Instincts - Write clear, persuasive, on-brand copy; understand positioning and know when messaging isn't working
• Digital Competency - Comfortable making meaningful website updates and building landing pages in Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS without waiting on others
• Salesforce Awareness - Understand how marketing activity connects to pipeline and work comfortably alongside a sales team running on Salesforce.com
• High Standards - Notice when something looks off and fix it before being asked; quality is a personal standard, not a checklist
• Speed & Accountability - Deliver finished work on time, take feedback constructively, and stay productive with minimal direction
