About the Role

Recall Masters is hiring a Marketing Execution Lead to join their headquarters team in Laguna Hills, CA. This is a hands-on, production-focused position perfect for a skilled marketing operator who takes pride in excellent output and thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holding. You'll be personally responsible for creating the design assets, digital content, and marketing materials that drive how Recall Masters shows up in the market—measured by the quality, consistency, and impact of the work you produce.

Responsibilities

• Create one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, brochures, email graphics, and ad creative
• Own website updates, landing pages, and layout improvements in Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
• Produce advertising and promotional assets across digital and print channels
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, and proposal support
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing and market-facing channels
• Translate direction from leadership into polished, market-ready assets on deadline, every time
• Support executive and sales team needs including board decks, event materials, and product announcements

Requirements

• Design Execution: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva Pro with ability to produce polished, professional assets independently
• Copy Instincts: Strong writing skills with clear, persuasive, on-brand voice; understanding of positioning and messaging
• Digital Competency: Comfortable making meaningful website updates and building landing pages in Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms without waiting on others
• Salesforce Awareness: Understanding of how marketing activity connects to pipeline and ability to work comfortably alongside sales teams using Salesforce.com
• High Standards: Attention to detail with ability to identify and fix quality issues proactively, not just on a checklist
• Speed and Accountability: Ability to deliver finished work on time, take feedback professionally, and maintain productivity with minimal direction
• Must be able to work from the Recall Masters office in Laguna Hills, CA; eligible for US citizens physically residing in the US

Compensation: Base salary $125,000–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance bonus tied directly to deliverables and outcomes.
