About the Role
This is a part-time contract position (15-20 hours/week) for 3 months, ideal for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist who thrives in strategic, fast-paced environments. You'll blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on marketing automation, attribution modeling, lifecycle workflows, and the upcoming migration to Webflow. This role is perfect for a mid-to-senior level professional from a B2B SaaS background who wants to drive meaningful impact across the entire marketing and revenue operations ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of Pardot, including B2B Marketing Analytics, Einstein Lead Scoring, and advanced lifecycle workflows
- Clean up legacy attribution inconsistencies and build robust frameworks for multi-location deals and long-cycle attribution decay
- Normalize 2025 data to align with the 2026 growth model and resolve MQL/Lead duplicate challenges
- Build an insight-driven engine using customer usage data to trigger retention, upsell, and re-engagement motions ("Project Spark")
- Scale modern tools like Clay, n8n, and Zapier to automate go-to-market workflows and reduce time-to-launch for new channels
- Support the site migration to Webflow and manage Webflow Optimize/Analyze to drive conversion rate improvements
Requirements
- Manager or Director-level background in Marketing, Revenue, or Growth Ops with B2B SaaS experience required
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Pardot (Pardot strongly preferred)
- Proven experience leveraging AI and automation tools like Clay, Zapier, or Claude to streamline operations
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, multi-touch attribution, and ROI reporting
- Familiarity with Webflow and WordPress, with site migration experience preferred
- Comfortable shipping quickly in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong adaptability
Nice to Have
- Experience with LeanData for data management and lead routing
- Hands-on WordPress to Webflow migration experience
- Background working with Einstein Lead Scoring and advanced Pardot configurations
