About the Role

As a Production Designer specializing in Design Systems, you'll bring Webflow, Figma, and print design expertise to CredLens's Washington, DC office. This hybrid role focuses on producing on-brand screens, pages, and communications within a mature design system while collaborating closely with design leads, product managers, and engineers. You'll start with production-level craft and grow into greater creative ownership over time—ideal for a detail-oriented designer ready to make an impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand screens, pages, and digital communications using Webflow and design systems
• Create print materials and communications that maintain brand consistency across channels
• Collaborate with design leads, product managers, and engineering teams to implement designs
• Develop and maintain design system components and patterns in Figma
• Ensure high quality and speed in design deliverables across all mediums
• Gradually take on increased creative ownership and strategic design decisions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma for design system work and component creation
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience with Webflow for production and implementation
• Portfolio demonstrating production-level design craft and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working within or building mature design systems
