Senior Marketing Web Developer
Job Description
About the Company
Invicti Security is a leader in application security, helping over 4,000 organizations worldwide secure web applications and APIs. With 20 years of technology leadership in DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing), Invicti combines proof-based testing, runtime intelligence, and continuous innovation to help AppSec teams identify real risk and ship secure software faster.
About the Role
Invicti is seeking an AI-first Senior Marketing Web Developer to own and operate their marketing website in Austin, TX (hybrid). You'll be the central point of accountability for a high-performing site that drives critical pipeline—managing not just the code, but the full operational lifecycle across marketing, design, demand generation, and engineering teams. This role requires hands-on Webflow expertise, fluency with the marketing tech stack, and the ability to translate technical and business needs across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain marketing website pages and components in Webflow, balancing speed with maintainable, scalable architecture
- Act as the central owner of the website—triaging requests, setting priorities, and coordinating across design, content, demand gen, and engineering teams
- Manage the web stack including CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation, and third-party integrations to keep the pipeline clean and reliable
- Track site performance, conversion, and funnel drop-off using web analytics tools; turn findings into a prioritized, evidence-backed roadmap of experiments
- Partner with growth marketing on conversion paths and lead acquisition strategies, treating the site as a growth channel
- Apply AI tools strategically to speed up workflows—content variations, QA, personalization, and reporting—while knowing when a manual approach is better
- Keep stakeholders informed on roadmap, tradeoffs, and website status without needing to be asked
- Take on evolving duties and special projects aligned with shifting marketing priorities
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Webflow experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining production marketing sites
- Experience owning website operations end-to-end—prioritizing requests, coordinating stakeholders, and being accountable for the site as a whole
- Working knowledge of the web stack: CMS platforms, tag management (Google Tag Manager), forms, and integrations with marketing/sales tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar) and using data to diagnose funnel issues and prioritize fixes
- Direct experience with marketing websites in a growth or lead-acquisition context, understanding how site structure connects to pipeline
- Practical experience applying AI tools to real web workflows, with clear judgment on where they add value
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Solid knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript; experience with WordPress
- Experience managing client-side and server-side aspects of web applications
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control platforms
- Basic understanding of back-end/framework management, application-level code, database design, and development
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations including forms, lead-routing logic, API work, and third-party integrations
Benefits & Perks
- Comprehensive health insurance with 100% coverage of employee health care, vision, and dental premium costs
- Dependent coverage at 75% for health care and 50% for vision
