About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, AI Webflow, you'll lead the product strategy and delivery for Webflow's agentic web marketing platform, with a specific focus on AI surfaces including the AI Assistant, third-party agents, and the underlying infrastructure for prompt-based experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical product leader who thrives in high-ambiguity environments and wants to define foundational standards for AI-powered creator tools. You'll balance developer-grade sophistication with approachable interfaces for non-technical creators, operating with significant autonomy in a player-coach partnership model. This full-time role is based in the US (CA, NY, TX, and additional locations).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery for Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, and related AI initiatives
• Define agent instructions and underlying AI platform primitives that power extensible experiences
• Establish quality bars, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for non-deterministic AI products
• Design developer-grade APIs and surfaces alongside approachable creator-focused tools
• Prototype solutions, contribute code directly to ship improvements, and lead cross-functional teams
• Define what "good" looks like for AI product quality and user experience from the ground up
• Balance technical requirements for developers with usability and accessibility for non-technical creators

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and their product implications
• Proven track record building platforms, APIs, and extensible developer-facing tools
• Strong ability to balance technical requirements for developers with usability for non-technical creators
• Comfort with technical contribution—prototyping, writing queries, or contributing code to ship improvements
• Thriving in high-ambiguity environments where success metrics and best practices must be defined collaboratively
• Experience working in a player-coach partnership model with autonomy and minimal top-down direction
• Capability to work effectively with non-deterministic product environments and complex AI systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI systems or multi-agent platforms
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar extensibility standards
• Background in creator economy or no-code/low-code platforms
