About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join our remote, freelance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects where you'll transform Figma designs into fully functional, custom-coded Webflow websites. You'll tackle complex integrations, optimize performance, and collaborate with designers and developers to create exceptional user experiences. This flexible, contractor-based role offers 5-20 hours per week with international eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs, implementing custom code as needed
• Integrate and manage Webflow API to enhance functionality and overcome platform limitations
• Optimize website performance and load times across all devices
• Collaborate with designers and developers to refine user experiences and implement feedback
• Maintain and update existing Webflow projects while ensuring code quality
• Identify creative solutions to extend Webflow capabilities for content marketing and resource center applications

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Webflow Developer with a portfolio of completed projects
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow custom code
• Deep understanding of Webflow API and integration capabilities
• Experience translating Figma designs into production-ready Webflow websites
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to responsive design principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for remote collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience working with resource centers, content management systems, or content marketing platforms
• Familiarity with performance optimization tools and best practices
• Experience working on international or distributed teams
