Manhattan Strategies is hiring a Web Developer Associate to join their New York team in a full-time hybrid position. You'll collaborate with designers, strategists, and senior developers to translate concepts into functional web experiences, with a primary focus on Webflow. This is an ideal opportunity for a developer with 2–4 years of experience who's ready to grow their Webflow skills while contributing to client and internal projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate design concepts and strategic requirements into functional Webflow websites and digital experiences
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and senior developers to refine project scope and deliverables
- Maintain, optimize, and improve existing client and internal websites for performance and user experience
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure proper analytics setup across projects
- Contribute to fast-moving project timelines while maintaining code quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional web development experience
- Solid working knowledge of Webflow and ability to build responsive sites
- Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
