  • Optimize websites for accessibility (WCAG), SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance
  • Conduct QA, troubleshoot technical issues, and establish Webflow engineering standards and best practices across projects
  • Collaborate on project planning, technical estimation, scoping, and stay informed on emerging Webflow capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven ability to translate Figma design systems into production-ready websites
  • Experience building API integrations and connecting Webflow to third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and Core Web Vitals
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical decision-making while remaining hands-on in execution, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Wized, Memberstack, Xano, or Make.com
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and deployment best practices
  • Experience mentoring developers across projects
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban
