About the Role

Fivetran is seeking a strategic Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager to define and drive web growth strategy for their highest-impact digital experiences. This senior individual contributor role combines deep expertise in web growth marketing with hands-on execution, requiring you to lead complex initiatives from concept through launch, experimentation, and measurement. Based in Denver, CO with a hybrid schedule (two days per week in office), you'll operate as the company's subject matter expert for web growth, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes using Webflow, GA4, Optimizely, and advanced analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high-impact web experiences, aligning initiatives with company objectives and measurable business outcomes
• Own end-to-end web growth initiatives from strategic planning and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and performance analysis, partnering with Web Design and Engineering teams
• Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic implementation plans that align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys including Homepage, Navigation, Pricing, and Signup to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline
• Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, optimize user journeys, and inform strategic decisions using GA4, Amplitude, and Looker
• Drive alignment across complex initiatives by balancing business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities to move work forward
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences
• Identify emerging opportunities in AI, personalization, and web technologies, influencing roadmap direction and investment decisions that accelerate long-term business growth

Requirements

• Deep expertise in web growth marketing with proven ability to develop and execute strategic web growth initiatives that drive measurable business impact
• Strong hands-on execution mindset with ability to independently lead complex initiatives while balancing long-term strategic thinking with tactical implementation
• Proficiency with web growth marketing tools and platforms, including Webflow, experimentation tools like Optimizely, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Amplitude
• Experience writing clear, comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and translating strategy into actionable implementation plans
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing to align on priorities and deliver results
• Strong data literacy with ability to leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions
• Experience designing and executing experimentation programs to optimize user journeys and drive conversion improvements

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and developer-focused products
• Familiarity with content management systems like Sanity
• Knowledge of advanced web analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Microsoft Clarity, and Amplitude
• Experience mentoring teammates and establishing yourself as a recognized subject matter expert
