About the Role

Anchor Wave is seeking a Web Design Specialist to serve as the central coordinator and communications hub for website design projects. In this Agency, IA position, you'll be the face of Anchor Wave to clients while representing client needs back to your internal team. This is an ideal role for someone with demonstrated design and website experience who thrives on organization, client relationships, and seeing projects move from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage website design projects from start to finish, acting as the primary communications point between clients and internal teams
• Conduct weekly client meetings (primarily via Zoom) to present project status, gather feedback, and create actionable work tickets
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and adjust timelines and client expectations as needed to keep projects on track
• Communicate brand goals and client feedback to the design and development teams, helping clients clarify their vision and goals
• Manage email communications with clients and internal team members, ensuring all feedback and information is documented and incorporated into projects
• Work with WordPress and design tools (such as Elementor) to add content and design elements as needed
• Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution
• Adapt to changing priorities and find creative solutions to challenges while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in web design and website project coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong people management abilities
• Comfort using WordPress and familiarity with web design tools and technologies like Elementor
• Understanding of design fundamentals, layout, and visual communication principles
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a B2B environment
• Project management experience with budget awareness and deadline-driven delivery
