About the Role
Qureos is hiring a senior Webflow Designer & Growth-Driven Brand Builder to join their team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll own the complete design and build process for high-impact campaigns and landing pages, from concept through execution. You'll design ads, pages, and motion graphics, then build them directly in Webflow without waiting for a development queue—ensuring fast turnarounds and high conversion rates. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented designer who combines creative excellence with hands-on Webflow development skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-converting landing pages and campaign pages in Webflow
- Create ad designs and motion graphics for organic and paid campaigns
- Own the end-to-end design process from concept to live deployment
- Optimize pages for conversion performance and user experience
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to execute campaign strategies
- Manage design-to-build workflow independently without developer dependencies
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional web design experience
- Proven track record designing and building high-converting landing pages
- Strong proficiency in Webflow design and development
- Portfolio demonstrating successful organic and paid campaign work
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization and UX design principles
Nice to Have
- 8+ years of design experience
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Experience with ad creative design for platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn
